Returns:
Please note, due to personalisation we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases, unless faulty. If it is faulty we either refund or create a new item but this is handled on a case by case basis.
Exchanges:
We only accept exchanges for damaged/faulty items. Please contact us with your order number and images at shopvozario@hotmail.com - contact us
Faulty Items:
If you believe the order you received is incorrect or faulty please contact us at shopvozario@hotmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package with all of your order details for us to assist you promptly. contact us
Refund Policy For All Other Items
Cancellation Policy
You have 12 hours after placing an order to request a cancellation prior to the order being dispatched. Once of the order has already been dispatched, you will have to go through our regular returns policy.
Returns Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return for a potential refund or store credit with a member of our customer support team.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
